We brought our ladders and paintbrushes to this majestic home in Cook Street Village at the end of the summer. We used two colours for this understated make-over. First off, we painted Benjamin Moore Sag Harbour Grey on the siding and stucco (note how the same colour looks darker on the two different surfaces since stucco always deepens a colour). Then we added definition to the trim with a Word of Mouth favourite, Farrow and Ball Pointing No. 2003. It just goes to show the impact a simple two colour update can have on a home’s presentation.
