Sometimes a job is all about the prep work, like this house near Rockland Avenue. The owner wanted just the wood trim repainted because the main body of the house had recently received a fresh coat of paint. The woodwork required extensive sanding, sometimes right down to the raw material and even replacement in other places — all of which we completed to get it ready for the re-paint. We worked with Palace Arms Red and Ludwell (a cream colour) from Benjamin Moore’s Williamsburg Collection. Plus, we added the bright white on the inner of the windows in All White by Farrow & Ball. The garage was a big change with the siding in Castle Gray and the doors in Blue Gray, both also by Farrow & Ball.
